ABOUT ME

American who speaks German and Swahili. Just finished Peace Corps (a development program through the U.S. government, 2 years teaching in a secondary school in a rural community in the beautiful mountains of northern Tanzania) and just returned to my home town of Fort Collins. I love learning about new cultures and getting to know people from different backgrounds.

PHILOSOPHY

As few regrets as possible...whether that includes eating snails or bungee jumping or stumbling through a conversation in a foreign language, I have fun doing things so I don`t regret NOT having done them.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lived in a rural village in Tanzania for 2 years, studied abroad in Germany twice, bungee jumped in Zambia, became chainsaw certified in Wyoming....I have a lot of random but wonderful experiences under my belt.
