About Me
Hi I'm Amy
Note: I am travelling around southeastern Europe for the next six weeks so cannot host at the moment, sorry.
I have been living in sunny sunny Manchester where I have studied, worked and overly enjoyed the city for the last 5 years - however I am soon to be sadly moving on. I recently quit my job where I was building lasers as, come October, I will be moving down south to start a PhD in Medical Imaging. This however does (not so sneakily) give me a wonderful 3 months of summer to enjoy, see friends and family, and interrail around Europe (mostly southeastern) with my boyfriend Joel. Life's looking up!
It would be amazing to meet some local people along our way; whether you could offer us a sofa to rest our weary heads after a long day exploring, share a coffee or beer (or both), or show us the ropes, please get in contact.
Unfortunately I can't offer any accommodation whilst travelling over the summer, but will be when back in October.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Almost climbed Huayna Potosi, a 6088m mountain in Bolivia. Got thwarted by altitude sickness at 5950m, so never quite reached the summit for sunrise - the views were phenomenal though and probably my proudest achievement to date. Theres a picture in my photos :)
