About Me

Hello everyone! I am an open minded and enthusiastic aspiring writer from the Bay Area of California. I’m inspired by other people’s passions,’pursuits, struggles and stories. I love basking in deep conversation over a glass of wine ... or a bottle ... in anything from mixed martial arts to musical theater.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My motto is “get comfortable in the uncomfortable.” A constant pursuit of mine in life is to just see and understand how other people live and think, before I find a place of my own. I feel that Couchsurfing will allow me to experience a true sense of a life in a different country or city I would otherwise might miss by staying in a hotel or hostel.

Music, Movies, and Books

Harry Potter made my life! A sucker for Kerouac and anything historical fiction. I also enjoy sonnets and poetry, my favorites being the usual such as Pablo Neruda and Walt Whitman
My favorite music artists range from the 1975 to nine inch nails to Tom misch to Joyner Lucas.
Favorite films in no particular order; eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, midnight in Paris, the way we were, moonlight, the dreamers, y tu mama tambien, captain America: civil war, lost highway, any of the wes anderson films and the list can go on and on.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I’m a complete novice to hiking and completed a 3 day hike into the Colombian rain forest to see the river of five colors.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to converse over bottles of wine, good food and the occasional board game. I can offer my unabashedly awkward, but charming lingo.
