Hi, I'm Amy. I'm friendly, open, honest, kind and warm hearted. I love meeting new people and sharing our cultural differences, learning about our cultural similarities, discovering and trying out new languages, storytelling and having a good laugh. I've been travelling since March '17 and am having the absolute time of my life. I feel grateful to have had the pleasure of meeting a variety of incredible people, seeing amazing places and, most probably above all, eating A LOT of the local food of each country! I would love to start my couchsurfing journey here and am excited to host when I get back to the UK in August.

Anything about human nature where you feel like a fly on the wall. American Beauty, Before Sunrise, Before Sunset, After Midnight, A Single Man, Whiplash, Amelie, Shame, The Fundamentals of Caring. I like reading plays. I love listening to pretty much everything - my music taste ranges from chillout/lounge music to house to rap to old school rock and emo bands that take me back to being 15!

Had a hip replacement at 26 years old! (I'm not secretly 86 I swear!)

I am fascinated by and love languages. Language exchange massively interests me and I have a great deal of passion and patience (the two important p's!) I speak French too. Having trained as an actress at drama school in which we focused massively on the human body; posture, alignment, massage and singing and voice etc, I would happily share my experiences.
