About Me

Ahora estoy viajando por todo America del Sur. Hace 5 años, estuve en Costa Rica estudiando español entonces entiendo mucho. Quiero conocer gente amable y aprender todo lo que puedo :)

I have lived in New York, Philadelphia, San Diego, Los Angeles and most recently San Francisco.

Since the time I was young, I have been an active traveler. I am half-Japanese, was born in Japan. I grew up in the U.S. but have been to Japan easily over a dozen times. I studied abroad in Costa Rica when I was in college. After college, I found a job that sent me to some amazing places like Dubai and England. I have been working Sales and Marketing since graduating college, but the travel itch has gotten the best of me so I am dedicating the next chapter of my life to traveling the world!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to be world citizen. I want to meet people, experience new things, learn about new cultures....

I truly believe big risk leads to big reward. I quit my job to travel because time is valuable and I believe traveling at this point in my life is the most fruitful way to spend my time.

Interests

I enjoy cooking, but I am not an expert by any means. Lots of improvement needed.

I am a huge outdoor enthusiast. I love hiking and have bungee jumped off bridges and hand glided.

I love documentaries and psychology. Why do people do what they do? What drives people?
