About Me

Set off to "travel the world" with my partner in March 2015.. The path led us to the discovery of permaculture and sovereignty, sustainability and regenerating our sacred home. It is so exciting to be in this time of awakening and reconnecting. It seems quite fitting as I've always been metaphorically and literally a Fairy. As a job, i was a children's birthday party host and a face painter, Fairy Sunshine, telling stories, encouraging the imagination and care for nature is a joy to do.. And simply being "off" and "away" with them as often as i can...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To share good vibes within an international community.. Have had such awesome experiences and have met amazing people (through my partners account) the faith in humanity grows every time someone opens their homes to a "stranger" and welcomes them in. Thought it was time i jump on myself and see what opportunities arise.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This past year has been filled with amazing things, from the longest hike of my life, to sleeping in a cave for over a week, hitch hiking up and down vancouver island and laying in a flowing hot river in Iceland, the power of manifestation is mind blowing... But to single out one I would have to go back to "when it all began"...
I was 17 when I graduated school and had the amazing opportunity to go stay with my best friend who was a student exchange from Japan.. So my first flight, first time out of W.A, and away from home for longer than a week or so, I set off on the 20 or so hour flight to Japan to live with him and his family for 3 months. I only spoke less than a lick of Japenese when I went over (" hello, may the force be with you" dosnt really count in light conversation) luckily his family spoke english, and by the end of the 3 months I could repeat full sentences, and started understanding through observation.. Half way through my stay the 2011 Tsunami hit tokyo, we were so far south there was no danger but I remember the day it happened, and the realisation that followed, the world wont be forever... Cities will crumble, and islands will sink.. And i made the decision to see as much of the world as I can before that happens...
