About Me
I'm in the process of transplanting myself from West Africa to the Western USA. I'm a firm believer that life is about the choices you make, and I choose happiness. I love to learn new things, meet new people, and see the world from different vantage points. You'll most often find me curled up with a book in the sun. Hammock optional.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The best part about traveling is meeting locals and learning about their world.
While I've heard about couchsurfing for years, I thought I'd never met anyone who used the website until late last year -- my next door neighbors in my last home hosted couchsurfers who were driving down Africa. Shortly after that a good friend and I stayed with a new friend she had met through couch surfing.
I'm looking forward to hosting once I find my next digs.
