About Me
I'm a 25 year old Londoner on a break from my Master of Laws postgraduate degree! I grew up in North West London and I'm so happy I did. Growing up in a large city made me appreciate the rich diversity of people on this planet and it made me understand without a shadow of a doubt that we're stronger together. I love travelling and meeting new people, both all over the world and in my home city. I'm just as happy on a big night out clubbing as I am on an evening at home watching Friends.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing because when I go travelling I think just having the regular tourist info isn't enough; having insider knowledge when I visit a place makes the stay so much more amazing, because it feels like you actually get a taste of what it's like to live there and you can see what it's really like. Couchsurfing also lets me meet and befriend people from all over the world and learn about different cultures and lifestyles. It's also nice to have a home to stay in instead of a hotel (but I do love hostel atmospheres). I'd like to be able to offer the same in return of all of the above to people that I host.
Interests
The one interest that's stuck with me the longest is definitely listening to music I love and discovering new artists. My second biggest passion is film (anything from sci-fi to art house), swiftly followed by photography, especially documentary work. In my day to day life I love playing guitar, going out with friends, cooking and eating good food, and a bunch of other things. When I go travelling I enjoy going to all kinds of places and having different experiences, but I do also love a good lounge on the beach 😉
Best travel experience: Khao Sok in Thailand - a huge lake where you stay in floating bungalows, go cliff climbing/diving, treck through the jungle and have freshly caught fish and picked plants for dinner. The best thing: no electricity or cell phone coverage!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I did a month-long road trip on the Greyhound buses from NYC to LA when I was 19, and it was life-changing.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you some basic photography and/or film theory, English for people who are still learning, show you some cool new films you may not have seen, and also answer your questions about London!
I'd love to learn from any of you anything you may know about any of the hobbies that I do. I'd also love to learn some parkour if anyone I meet happens to be a freerunner, and also some French from any people who speak the most beautiful language on Earth. I also love learning little things about other people's lives and cultures and just sharing stories.
I think when it comes to sharing, all of us here on Couchsurfing should just be as open as possible and spread the good vibes that exist between people who like to call the entire planet Earth their home.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I will come bearing gifts from the magnificent London! I can also offer my friendship and my time to just talk and hang out and hopefully teach you something new, whatever that may be - or I can stay out of the way if you'd prefer.
