About Me

A Singaporean with Hong Kong blood. Hello there, my name is Amy!
I have travelled mostly around Asia and plan to familiarize myself with the culture and local style of living. As of now, I've been to Hong Kong, Vietnam, Malaysia, Japan and Thailand. I enjoy revisiting these countries and gaining new knowledge about them each time I go back.

I am an open-minded and carefree individual, slightly reserved on the surface and takes time to open up. I admire those who are talkative in nature and knows how to work a conversation. I also enjoy making new friends although I may seem abit quiet at first. The crazy side of me will surface a few days later depending on how well we can click!

Work-wise, I am an early intervention teacher, teaching children with special needs of ages 3-7. I'm planning to major in psychology, sociology or education when I head to uni, hopefully in Australia. If you'd like to discuss topics about early intervention or education in Sg, feel free to message me!

EXPLORE
It is a joy for me to explore all kinds of new things and my current interests revolve around scuba diving and watercolour painting! I may be pursuing scuba diving more actively as I am certified now. Let me know if you're an avid diver, I'd love to hear your stories!
Travelling is another constant thing I love to do that helps me relieve stress. I have restrictions from work so I go only during the peak periods. Looking forward to a long backpacking trip maybe a few years down the road.

PHILOSOPHY
I look for the moments where people make connections with each other. I believe that it's the connection that keeps us all human (:
