Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I stayed in Sweden with a friend and her family for 3 months in 2016; she and her family taught me so much more than I could've imagined learning if I had stayed in a hotel alone.

Since that trip, I've discovered a new love for traveling via couches, meeting and befriending like-minded people who know a town better than tourists could.

Music, Movies, and Books

Genres: Classical music, Alternative,
Open to different types of music.

I have read more than a few fantasy books in my past..
I am currently reading up on Socrates, so be ready to hear my philosophical questions!

In movies, I generally look for the more thought-provoking sort.
Psychological thrillers, dark comedy, documentaries, etc.
Dom loves horror but Amy is not great with violence or gore...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Began Traveling!!
After working hard and saving up since 2014, I finally began living my dreams by traveling to Sweden for a 3-month stay during the summer of 2016, followed by a 2-week backpacking trip in Thailand.
Next was a 2-week stay in Mexico in March 2017.
