ABOUT ME

We are a step-family of five (soon to be six!). We loved our experience hosting with couch surfing several years ago, then we took a break to have a baby and build a new house. We are Steve and Amy and we have three kids (14, 11, 3, and one soon-to-arrive). We like to be outside (we spend a lot of time in the yard or out in nature). We do a lot of biking and walking. We love music; both listening and attempting to play (we play piano and are trying to learn guitar and upright bass). And we love cooking and trying new things. Our favorite thing is laughing and being with people.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now, we'd just like to host. We'd like to bring interesting folks into our home, and hopefully some traveling families with children!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We both traveled a lot in our younger days. Everything from crazily cheap 5-star hotels to trying to sleep in a London park to mud huts in rural Africa. We haven't couch-surfed yet, due to work, kids, and life being too crazy.
