ABOUT ME

I am giddy, affectionate, and goofy. I have no filter and tend to exaggerate in story contexts. I try to be really intentional in the way I live my life and with my relationships with other people. I adore meeting new people and new experiences.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life make positive change in the world. Secondary goals are experiencing as much as possible. Trying all the food, meeting all the people, hiking all the mountains, etc.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been couch surfing, but its been a long time. I've basically only had really touching and lovely experiences.

Interests

I love bird watching, bug catchin', painting, roaming, chatting, and many other things. During the school year I'm active in many different activities. My favorite such activity has been a donation based vegetarian lunch serving community members, which I have coordinated for the last 3 years. Although I'm also involved with several environmental groups in my town, which are appealing but don't have the same sense of community.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't especially like to watch TV, but I do like movies. I like international films, documentaries, and children's movies. (Amelie is my favorite)
My musical tastes include a little bit of everything and a lot of indie beats/instrumental hip hop/electronic swing. ( Grizzly Bear, Animal Collective, Gorillaz, RJD2, Caravan Palace, Parov Stelar )
I like reading non-fiction; learning is great!
