Overview
About Me
I am a person that loves to live in different places every now and then. I am after freedom to live and work where I feel like. I travelled for years, sold all my belongings and lived in a van. Now taking a next step.
CURRENT MISSION
Searching for ways to live a free and connected life, staying in touch with myself, living an intuitive life, away from civilisation and bustling society. I love not owning a house or expensive stuff. Being on the road is the way for me. Ultimately I would like to live somewhere near a forest in a small cottage.
ABOUT ME
After obtaining a degree in Clinical Psychology I was tired of the pressure of society and went travelling on my own to India, Nepal and lots of other Asian countries to experience a life beyond everything I know. How to live a connected life from the heart. During these years I felt a change inside me, a transformation which is still ongoing. Stepping out of the patterns of life and living a very basic and intuitively connected existance while being in contact with my true soul had a huge influence on my perspective on life. After several years of travelling I went back home and started working a stressful live -because I thought that was what evryone is supposed to do-. Luckily I soon woke up from this illusion and gave up my job, my house and started living full time in a van.
My personality:
Calm, intuitive, a true listener, adventurous, daydreamer, someone who is easily stressed and worried when under pressure. Lives on inspiring lifestories, Vipassana meditator, wanting to live a basic life, close to nature.
Beautiful quotes to be remembered:
- wisdom does not come from reading books
- the greatest lesson in life is how to live a life without craving or aversion, in harmony with yourself and everyone around you
- People are naturally good from the heart
- Be warm, kind and helpful and you'll get it back
- Acceptance and kindness is the answer to everything
- Change is the only constant
