We are a happy, fun, crazy in love, married couple currently living outside NYC in Astoria, NY just 15 minute. We LOVE to travel and are big foodies and eat just about anything and love food experiences! We have spent most of our lives in NYC so we are very candid and love good deep laughing! Age is just a number and we pride ourselves with friends based on substance. We love great conversation and love surrounding ourselves with good spirits, positive energy and warm soulful human beings! We both speak English & Byron also speaks Tagalog. It is totally OK if your English isn't good as long as you understand our expectations.

We love but have no pets since we travel a lot, we don't do drugs but do drink. If we can we will show you around but we are typically too busy to join in too many social outings or excursions Monday to Friday... BUT you can always ask us!

A very safe, clean, chill environment full of joy.
Our condo is small and cozy with 1 bathroom.
If you are looking for something private this is not it.
A firm, on the small side, double size futon for 1 or 2 in the public living room (where Amy works).
Bed sheets, blankets and pillows.
1 Towel per person.
The Bathroom has a toilet, tub, sink and shower.
Outside of bathroom is a private dressing area.
Air conditioning which we keep on the cold side, bring a hoodie.
Rooftop pool with amazing views.
Waikiki beach with its gorgeous sand & water 10 minutes walk away!
We have a washer and dryer you can use to wash 1 or 2 loads of laundry.
Small kitchen when not in use.
Dishes and utensils if you choose to cook, just clean up after yourself always!
Our refrigerator is packed, only a small area will be available for fresh goods.
Microwave for you to use & Smoothie/Shake Maker.
