Also because as a solo traveler sometimes I find it difficult to meet people when I travel (especially locals) and Couchsurfing seems a great way to do it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I celebrated my 30th birthday in Cuba, my 30th country! Especially cool as it isn't easy for US citizens to travel there.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach - I can draw really helpful timelines for learning when to use the present perfect. :)
Learn - I'm happy to try to learn almost anything. I'm attempting to learn Russian (everyone's been very generous with my poor pronunciation), I tried snowboarded but twisted my knee, and I managed a wobbly smoke ring the first time I smoked hookah.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I've basically always lived with roommates so I've learned to be neat and tidy. I was also an au pair once, which made me obsessive about doing the dishes in a timely way.
