ABOUT ME

i am a friendly, bubbly, outgoing 19 year old :) i have travelled to india (calcutta and darjeeling) in 2006 and lived in an orphanage and volunteered.. it was the most amazing experience i have ever had and definately inspired me to do more social justice work back home in australia!i believe in equality and justice for all humanity..
i have wanderlust and want to explore anywhere and everywhere!once i am done with a place i want to move on, my dad would call me somewhat of a gypsy :P
the other place i have been is new zealand earlier in 2009, an adventure holiday with my family where we bungee jumped, white-water rafted, river-boarded, mountain biked and went helicopter riding...yeow!
i have officially bit the travel bug and want to go see the world, float around and generally not settle just explore the beauty that is all around me :D
my next port of call is america to be an au pair for a year! Chicago in fact, i am going to live with a gorgeous family who live downtown in a yellow house to look after amelia and georgia (who are 5 and 8)

i have a couch or two available and attend many couch-surfing events!i think cs is a great organisation with the potential to bring people together in a way that can make travel dreams come true!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

never surfed but met some amazing people out for drinks and at couch surfing catch up events!

music, music, music, music, i couldnt live without it...i really like having some background noise..no matter what situation, whether it is blaring in the car stereo, going to concerts, festivals or free jazz nights in the park, or simply quitely listening to my i-pod.music is my boyfriend.

i also love to cook, i usually bake something everyday and love entertaining! i love going out, meeting new and interesting people and making the most of where i am in the world and what i am able to achieve!

my friends mean the world to me and i dont know what i would do without them..i am constantly catching up with them, spontaneously going on roadtrips, drinking, dancing and having fun! to be surrounded by loving, caring, fun people is the greatest gift :)
