HI EVERYONE!(: My name is Amy & it's a pleasure to meet you, even if you're just dropping by my profile! I am student in UC Berkeley and doubling majoring in Psychology and Social Welfare. It's my 4th year and even though I know I'm going to miss college, I'm looking forward to what the future has to bring me. I'm currently studying in Hong Kong University & am inlove with this face! I am born & raised in Oakland (THE BAY AREAAA!! yes, I HELLA LOVE THE BAY AREA). Home is where the heart is. There is no doubt I have the best family and friends in the world - definitely an endless amount of love&support; I LA LA LA LOOOVE THEM! How others would describe me? Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I first learned about CS when I was studying abroad in the University of Sussex in the UK. All my friends were talking about it so I thought I should give it a try. I've been traveling to various countries with folks from my program but I decided to do a solo trip to Edinburgh, Scotland. I posted on the Edinburgh page and got in contact with some locals & other surfers. This is where my journey with CS began. From then on, I met other locals, surfers, & they are no doubt wonderful people! Even though I am back in the Bay, I hope to continue my adventures with CS'ers that are visiting here!

Interests

THE CULTURE OF FOOD; Japanese, Korean, Italian, Chinese, Thai, American (just to name some of my favorite). I cannot emphasize on how GREAT AMAZING food will make my day! I will try anything ONCE and if I do not like, then at least I can say I tried it! No matter where I am traveling, I'm always on a look out for great food! I also LOVE to cook and am very willing to learn how to make each dish! DESSERTS TOO! - yum yum yum! I'm already getting hungry just thinking about it!

I love watching TV shows & movies in my bed when it's pouring rain outside! I love heart-warming movies, movies that mentally leaves you like damn..., stupid funny comedy movies, & even scary movies! Titanic, Moulin Rogue, Shutter Island, Old Boy, American Pie, Inception, Despicable Me, SAW, & many more. Music gets me through the long days & crazy nights!
