About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To live freely and joyously! To roam the Earth!

I am a twenty-something year old with a lust for life. I love covering my car in bumper stickers, then getting in and driving as far as possible. I love traveling, hitch hiking, reading, good tea, good coffee, good food, tarot, crystals, yoga and exploring with new friends. I am all about houseplants, health, gardening, music, flowers, essential oils, yoga, and creating a community of like-minded and spiritually guided people. If I could choose a magical power it would be to act as a savior of all animals.

My soul belongs to the ocean, and my heart to the open road. My head is the moon lifting me up into the clouds and my legs are seaweed, rooting me down.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am currently traveling as much as possible with my beautiful boyfriend Cedar and meeting new friends. We are xperiencing the world while we are young and going to our favorite places again and again.

Music, Movies, and Books

And the Hippos were Boiled in their Tanks (Kerouac & Burroughs), Inherent Vice (Pynchon), On the Road (Kerouac), HOWL (Ginsberg), Dharma Bums (Kerouac), The Unsettlers (Sundeen), Ocean at the End of the Lane (Gaimon), poetry by William Blake, Faye Kicknosway... and everything else by the Beats.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walking through the Narrows at Zion in Utah and it was one of the most magical things I have done. Climbing a mountain in Logan Canyon at dusk. Giving all of my belongings away to travel with Hawaiians. Dancing with the fire at Rainbow in Montana. Moving to Portland on a whim with nothing in my pocket.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to learn more about gardening, herbs, and living sustainably. Teach me how to wheel throw and make pottery! Give me great Vegan soup recipes!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my knowledge of art, yoga, dance, indoor plants, and Hebrew. I can share my love of polaroid photographs and documentation. Cedar and I can teach you new recipes, how to grow indoor plants just from plant starts, how to do yoga asanas... we can share our favorite books and films, and we can share our friendship.
