Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

~lets meet for a drink or some good grub in a local cafe, lets go for a stroll through the streets, parks and forests.. lets sit on the beach with a camp fire and stars overhead.. lets look at art.. listen to music.. cook together.. dance together..share our stories ~

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

surfed plenty of N. American & European couches and the odd park bench; slept on floors beds armchairs.. under stars, on rooftops, in the desert, on beaches...beneath leafy trees, in trucks & hammocks, bunk beds, cars & public transport.. wandered many a street in blighty, germany, france, america, spain, portugal and canada....
am always keen to explore the magnificent places i can rest my head :)

Interests

Like plenty of veggies and love a good cuppa! Other interests include: making stuff, old black and white photos, big imagination, taking pictures, impromptu parties, hearing peoples stories, finding cool stuff in the street, camp fires & fireworks, star gazing, spontaneity, vintage clothing, a full moon, sifting through second hand junk, curios, california living, brooklyn nights & snow ball fights, a splash of red, old things, handmade things, endless spanish summers, the colour green, loud &raucous music, the sun on my face,a spring in my step!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

spending the night in a pals tree house, 80 foot up a redwood tree in the californian forest. nothing better than waking up to birdsong and sun - streaming through the green resplendent leaves of the beautiful old redwoods..

wandering in the countryside, full moon out, all silvery golden, mushrooms in my tummy and spirits dancing in the fields!

my first encounter of burning man festival - an exquisitely psychedelic experience :D

i still never tire of sunsets over the city, getting lost in new places, adventuring through foreign soils, exploring old dilapidated buildings, a long relaxing stroll through the woods and forests, all things night time, sitting on a beach watching the waves roll in, climbing a good sturdy tree, staying up till the birds are in song,, sharing stories, music n magic with new and old friends.. :)
