ABOUT ME

Just got back from 5 months traveling around South East Asia (Indo, Malaysia, Thailand, Loas, Cambodia, Vietnam)... Had really good experiences couch surfing so now want to spread the 'good karma'

I've just moved up 'North' to PG for work-- and am now excited to travel and explore around Northern BC on my days off-- I've got the traveling bug!

I have a degree in psychology and a degree in dietetics-- a degree in FOOD! Mmmm... So am always up for eating... (isn't that what dietitians do best?)

I also LOVE being active-- I'm looking forwards to exploring new places with my running shoes!! (Although the minus 10 weather here right now isn't helpful...)

Books: Omnivores dilemma. In Defense of Food. Eat, Pray, Love. Tuesday's with Morrie.

Music: Almost anything-- right now I am on a Metric and K'Naan kick.

Movies: Not gonna lie here-- but I tend to like movies that others rate as very poor choices (girly-crap ones)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

5 months in SEA were the best time of my life! The people, the places... Couldn't pick just one thing!!

Summer '08 I worked in Hawaii at a weight loss camp for adolescents-- it was a life-changing job-- watching teenagers gain self-esteem is a wonderful thing. It opened my eyes up to what I want to do with my life.
