I honestly spend a lot of time listening to golden era country music...patsy cline is my queen!!!!!

my favorite movies are probably microcosmos and roman holiday, mostly because I'm sentimental.

I have a hard time with favorite books, but right now I'm reading melville's letters to nathaniel hawthorne, and it's incredible. I love moby dick!!!!! Some of my favorite poets are CA Conrad, Myung Mi Kim, Elizabeth Willis, Lorine Niedecker, Rilke, and Paul Celan.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

a couple of summers ago I interned for a reptile conservation nonprofit and spent most of my time in mountain streams around north carolina looking for giant salamanders. later that summer I went to panama and worked on a survey of bushmasters, which are big ole mysterious vipers!!
