About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To immerse myself in different communities, cultures, and environments throughout the country and world. To break past mental barriers, meet open minded, passion people, and ultimately live to the very fullest.

ABOUT ME

I am senior communication student at Regis University. I'm a running, nature, and health enthusiast. I love reading, writing, and all forms of learning. I'm especially interested in social justice, sociology, ethics, religion/spirituality, and conflict dialogue studies.
I love meeting new people and seeing new places. I thoroughly believe people in all walks of life have so much to offer, share, and teach.

"The world in our playground"

PHILOSOPHY

The three most vital intentions of my life are: developing deep, meaningful relationships with people; service; and having new, enriching experiences.

I strongly believe in the power of simplicity. Life's greatest treasures are within our grasp: in nature, personal reflection and meditation, prayer, and human connection.

I also believe in open mindedness to different philosophies, ideas, and ways of life. We all have varying backgrounds and experiences that uniquely shape the way we see the world. It is our job not to judge, but to listen.

One quote I constantly refer to and strive to live by is this: "God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference"

Interests

Running, reading, writing, nature, coffee, talking, listening, sleeping, growing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
