About Me
CURRENT MISSION
putting the best of my two left feet forward
ABOUT ME
Hi! I'm Amy, a grad student in architectural history and theory. I've been a couchsurfer since summer of 2008. Am interested in acoustics, learning new languages, astrophysics, dancing... Addicted to sunlight, love lounging and reading a good book, but also love traveling and meeting new people, sharing random experiences and stories. Hope to meet you soon!
PHILOSOPHY
What is under our control is making the best of what is not under our control.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

surfin', hostin', and singin' couchsurfing's praises
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I first got into couchsurfing when I was living in Ireland-- I met the couchsurfing community there and they were so indescribably important to my experience. Some of them are now my close friends!
Interests
are endless.
But among them are...a burgeoning fascination with astronomy, book cover designs (especially old books), soundscapes, typography, microhistories.

I will warn you, getting out of the car is more difficult than it seems.
Teach, Learn, Share
I will learn from you as you teach me how to teach, and I can share with you what others have taught me.
Was that enough of a cop-out answer? :)
But there's truth to it.
