About Me
Hi! I come from a little small country in central Europe called Slovenia. (fun fact #1: there is 2 million people living in Slovenia) But currently I'm living in Dallas, TX, USA. I'm an au pair (babysitter, nanny).
I graduated and work as graphic designer, but than I decided to move to US for a while to get new experiences, get to know different cultures, met new people and travel!! :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because I want to travel, travel, travel ;) and meet new people. I love to see a city also from different perspective - local perspective, not just like a tourist. And this is a perfect way for this :)
For now I can't host anyone, but when I get my own place - definitely! :)
Music, Movies, and Books
I love music! Every kind, singing, dancing, listening... There is no favourite band or song, but in this moment I can melt while listening Bastille's album 'Bad Blood' or Lorde and her album 'Pure Herion'... ohh and many others! :) And I live singing in the car! Best feeling when your song comes on haha.
Movies? In this area I can be a bit 'shallow'. I like watching movies that I don't need to think about. So usually I watch romantic comedies, comedies, I love TV series like HIMYM,
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One thing can be coming to the US. Leaving everything behind and move to a different side of the world - kind of amazing :)
I also studied in Germany, Stuttgart for a year and that was an awesome experience (best year of my life so far :) ).
What I Can Share with Hosts
Talking/sharing about my culture, cultural differences, discovering new things, travel experience, going out (or staying in) for a drinks and talk :)
I am usually up for everything, love spontaneous decisions.
