MY name is Ana. I am from Brazil but I have been living in the US for 8 years now. I came to the US to work for the YMCA as Outdoor Education Instructor at a overnight camp, in Julian, CA. As a Biology teacher I have always been passionate about teaching and helping kids develop their skills and reach their potential, so when I started teaching science outdoors, I was very excited and happy. During summer time I run the horse program at my camp, Raintree Ranch, and I absolutely love it!!!
My goal in life is to be happy and live life to the fullest because, life goes by very fast, and every moment must be enjoyed and appreciated.
After this summer I am hiking the Camino del Santiago trail with 2 of my friends, and although I am scared, I am also excited and can't wait for this adventure!
