About Me
Hi!
I am a student living abroad for the first time in Europe. I am on a tight budget but would love to travel as much as possible and get to know as many people as possible! Thus, couch surfing is a great option for me :)
I am very friendly, easygoing, and I am very interested in getting to know people and their culture.
Also, I am more than happy to share my Facebook info with those who would like to know more, I just chose not to connect it to this site.
Unfortunately since I am not living in my own home but with a host family I cannot offer to host other couchsurfers, although I will once I am back home!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to see as much of Europe as possible during my stay while maintaining a budget! I am also very friendly and love meeting new people, I think this website is a good match.
Interests
I am interested in foreign languages, how we acquire language, and human rights.

Music, Movies, and Books
My music tastes range quite a bit, I am open to any kind of music but I prefer alternative rock. Some of my favorite movies are Amélie, El secreto de sus ojos, and Silver Linings Playbook. As for books, I am ashamed to say that I don't read as much as I should! But the books I have read I have loved. Some of my favorites are 9 Short Stories by J.D. Salinger, Yes Please! by Amy Poehler, and La familia de Pascual Duarte by Camilo José Cela.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most amazing thing that I have done so far is work with a team of graduate students in Nogales, Mexico, interviewing deported immigrants about their experiences. This has been my most amazing experience because it really opened my eyes to the issue of immigration in my country.
Teach, Learn, Share
If anyone wants some help with English or Spanish, I am more than happy to help! And I would be very happy to learn about another language or culture, more than happy!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I would love to bring some delicious French cheese (since I will be traveling from France) or chocolate with me :)
