Hola! I'm a small town Serb with a big city mindset, a girl with a goal of experiencing her life to the fullest through traveling the world and meeting its amazing people :)

Over the past 9 years I've lived in Belgrade (I still call it my home), Milan and Palermo. Always curious, adventurous, explorative. Love meeting new people and hearing their stories, learning new things, and trying out different foods! I like doing all sorts of different activities, and I’m always down to try something new and unusual, e.g. wandering off the beaten track, and go to hard-to-reach, mysterious places.

My number one passion is nature (a biologist here) and all things outdoorsy – hiking, camping, climbing, snorkeling, searching for critters etc. Passion number two: music and anything related to it – dancing, singing, partying, trying out different instruments etc. My other hobbies include arts, crafts and, since recently, roller skating.

I also love food, cooking (especially desserts) and sharing the food I make with other people. As a host I stay true to my Balkan origins – I always try to make my guests feel welcome and their stomachs full :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I just love the Couchsurfing philosophy; I live by the rule that sharing is caring, and CS makes the traveling experience so much more heartwarming. I want to meet new people, get to know their experiences and perspectives on life, share stories, thoughts and wisdom together, and maybe also some good recipes too!
