Hi, I m Anna, I m Croatian who lives in Austria. I lived in California for a year in 2019/2020 and I absolutely loved it there. I love travelling and I am super excited to travel back to California in October before I start my trip to South America in January!

I found my passion for skateboarding during my year in California and can't imagine my life without it anymore!

I love meeting new people and make new friends, my best friend and my sister aka also best friend always tell me that one reason why they love me is, that I always meet new people and make friends so easily and that's also a benefit for them bc then they meet them as well :))

I like being surrounded by people and always rather choose to be around people than to be by myself. Although I'm trying to learn that too and started doing yoga, meditation and writing journals. I would consider myself very spontaneous, flexible, talkative, open-minded and I'm always standing up for people that are not as privileged as I am or not treated well in whatever way! I try to live in the now and not to think to much about what's gonna happen in the future, bc I believe that everything is gonna be how its supposed to be!

For me the most important thing in life is to be a good person, to treat everyone well!

I love music, food, concerts, hiking, festivals, skateboarding, beaches, going out, riding a bike, snowboarding and tattoos!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

what I like most about traveling is meeting locals and connect with ppl and make friends all over the world! I don't like doing the touristy stuff at all. I'd rather hang out with locals, go for a drink, sit at the beach or do whatever locals do in their hometown than to do sightseeing. Traveling for me is not seeing all the famous places but seeing how life there really is and also locals always know the best places! :)

And currently reading You are the Placebo. This book is mind-blowing - its crazy what one can change just with the right mindset. Also a book I would recommend everyone!
