After having spent a year living in Krakow travelling all over Europe, my mind has opened up. The amount of good people I have met on each trip has made me realize that the beauty of a trip is not the city or the country, it is the people you meet. 我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I entered this community thanks to an Argentinean friend I met on a free tour in budapest, she was traveling through Europe alone thanks to this application and after a long talk in which she told me all her experiences I decided to follow her example. I convinced her to come to Krakow, where I was living on Erasmus, and after that we went to Israel for 8 days. It was my first experience as a Couchsurfer and it was unbeatable. Thanks to this community I have known the culture of all the countries I have visited from the inside and not as a tourist, and it has truly changed my life to know this way of travelling.
