About Me

Well, I'm a funny person who just wants to know the world and find a new place to live and incidentally some new experiences. In general I´m relax person but equally if you invite me to party I encourage myself and I can make the moment very pleasant, I love to read, the books are for me another world to live, I never remember the name of the songs but I like the music, I want to learn to play the harmonica . I like to cook, exercise, read, walk in general a very open person. My philosophy is "I prefer to try everything to die without knowing what I like"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I wanna know new people and live something more real from the countries that i will visit. I believe that people who travel think different, and being in couchsurfing also say a lot about the community, that we still believe in people.

Interests

I want to learn about meditation, Chinese medicine, and the philosophy of every country I visit. The way the local people think and experience the life I what I want to learn, I use to have a really fast life in Mexico without time for me and now I just want to enjoy the trip.
There is a poem called "Ithaka" from Constantino Cavafis

As you set out for Ithaka
hope the voyage is a long one,
full of adventure, full of discovery...
...not expecting Ithaka to make you rich.
Ithaka gave you the marvelous journey.
Without her you would not have set out.
She has nothing left to give you now.

If you have time look for it, is a beautiful poem and I think is the true about a trip like this.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite book is "In search of lost time" from Marcel Proust, I read a lot so I have a lot of books, hitchhiker guide to the Galaxy", "Pizzeria kamikaze", "Las ruinas circulares"… and much more. My movie is Burnt Money and a Secret of hopeless. I listen every kind of music, I like a lot when people can recomended local music for me. At this moment I love "common people" from Pulp. In other way i usually bring podcasts and programs to listen along the way, there is one called mandarax that is about "Scientific explanations for everyday life" really funny and interesting podcast.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This trip, this trip is the most incredible thing I've done, is to follow a hunch, a dream and leave it all. There is a woman in Mexico that is a kind of spiritual guru for me, she guide me into this amazing life trip and help me to understand some spiritual things. I have much to thank for life, and I hope when I finish this trip I'm going to give back all the favors that life has given me.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach design and a little bit of online advertising, learn everything and share my life. I think I have a blessed life, life surprise me every moment and I'm happy to find people that also enjoy simplicity. I can cook mexican food for people, in phillipines I cook for a big family (17 members) and they really enjoy it, it was so nice.

What I Can Share with Hosts
