About Me
Hi! I'm a translator and a language teacher. I am Mexican but after I finished Uni I went backpacking for some months around South America and then decided to move to Sweden. I love nature and being outdoors, especialy hiking, but I also enjoy reading and watching movies or series. I'm really easy going and I'm pretty much up for a beer anytime. I love cooking and I would say I am not bad at all. One of my main hobbies is going to gigs and listening to new independent bands from around the world. I absolutely love traveling and, if I could, I would do it all the time. I love trying new food/drinks, new atmosphere and, of course, meeting people with whom I can cherish fun times.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to meet people from different places, share things from my culture and learn about theirs. I like staying with local people because I think it gives me a very valuable perspective of the places I visit and the time I spend there. It's not just about the place I go, but also about the people I meet there.
When I lived with my roommates we used to host some couchsurfers, and even if our apartment was quite basic, we always had good fun and met some very nice people.
I have stayed with some people and the experience has always been really amazing. So, the more I do it, the more I am convinced that it's just awesome.
