Life is what you make of it-- this is it, my heaven or my hell, depending on my choices. So I try to carpe the diem as much as possible! :) There is so much fun to be had.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I was travelling all through Mexico I met several people who did couchsurfing there, and I heard nothing but good things about it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Backpacking southern Mexico for a month - One night I slept in the jungle and was woken up by howling monkeys. Then as I walked out of my hut, an iguana fell on my leg. Later that day I was shown around some hidden Mayan ruins by a local Mayan guy. I visited his village and his mother cooked us up a meal out of the water snails we had scooped out of the river earlier. Pretty amazing day and something that I'll never forget.
