Overview
About Me
I am from Medellin, a very nice city in Colombia. I was not only born there, I also was grown up there in a very nice community, so I learned to share with people and be around others, all my childhood is full of funny and nice memories with the neighbors drinking coffee in my house or cooking together. I just came back to Colombia after one year away, I was volunteering in Wales, learning how to help others. I lived for one year in Germany and tried to learn the language but was not very successful (it's hard... Hahaha). I am a very chatty person, curious and like to meet people, I will ask many things and talk a lot when I meet someone, I like to talk to people about Colombia, I am very proud of my roots, but try to be realistic about my country and life in general. Right now I am working as a Tourist Guide in Medellín, I enjoy this a lot.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because one day I realized I wanted to see the world, learn about others, so I started to find excuses to travel, when I went to Germany almost 2 years ago I opened this account because wanted to travel thinking it was the best, cheaper option, but I felt I couldn't do it because I didn't knew how to do it... Suddenly this year started to travel more and realized is not about cheaper way to travel, is about sharing with others, learning about others, I heard about the stories of a friend and now traveling I have met couchsurfers that are amazing people... Everyone has something new to teach you, I love that, I am here because wanted to keep traveling and meeting people, and If I go back I hope I can host some people.
