I am Ana, a multilingual, licensed massage therapist, postpartum doula and business psychologist (MSc). I was born on Curaçao, a Dutch Caribbean island and brought up in The Netherlands.

I care about loving connections with others, yoga, sports and I have a big heart for preventive healthcare.
