COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Ana's stories -
A long, long time ago, I stayed in Paris for a month taking care of my French teachers' sister's flat. It was a fantastic time. By the end of the month, locals were asking me what bus/metro to take due to some construction that was going on. It was a great feeling to be a part of the community! I also stayed in Berlin for a weekend at a friend of a friend's apartment. I did not know him. We had a mutual friend in the States. She asked him, before I left, if I could stay with him a weekend so that I could visit Berlin. He ended up showing me all of Berlin and inviting me to a wonderful evening with him and his friends. Even though I did not speak a word of German, we all got along so well and had a such a great time!

Interests

We love to DANCE!!!! Salsa is what we like the best. We went out quite a bit in Houston to dance. Things are a bit more different here in Dusseldorf but we make do.

We love to take trips to Colorado to go skiing. We like camping, rock climbing, and adventurous stuff!

AND we love to travel. We have been to Europe, Brazil, Mexico, Africa, Great Britain, Argentina, and Costa Rica. In the States, we have been from Texas to Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, New York, Illinois, Indiana, Nebraska, California, and Colorado.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing we have done is: We are middle school sweethearts. So, we have been together for most of our lives. You do the math.
