About Me

I just moved from Barcelona - where I lived for 6 months - back to Lisbon to start a post-graduation on Art Curating. I'm currently trying to live more sustainably, to discover new adventures around the corner and to travel as much as I can, especially outside of Europe. I find that spending time with locals on the places I visit is essential to really get to know a place instead of simply passing through and to see things through different eyes than my one. Hopefully, we can exchange experiences, yummy food and good wine :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Looking for places to stay and people to connect with in the Basque Country in August.

Interests

At the moment, I'm mostly interested in performing and visual arts/cultures and I intend to study these fields. Before, I studied Arts and Humanities (with a Major in Art History) in Lisbon and I did several courses on journalism and cinema. In the near future, I'm looking forward to start reading the classics of literature I have yet to know, to give a go at making documentaries and to dig into anthropology and cultural studies.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm always open to discover different kinds of music and to dance, but I'd say I mostly listen to folk, blues, jazz and bossa nova.
Can't name my favourite movie but if I had one it would have probably been directed by Seta, Herzog, Marker, Fellini, Ozu, Bergman or Bunuel.
One of the books I cherish the most is Elegies by Holderlin.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Free climbing. A two-week exchange program in the north of Germany with people from all over the world. Travel on my own.

What I Can Share with Hosts

"A love a madness" for arts, cultures and foods. I would love to cook and share stories and music (...) in exchange for a couch.
