About Me
ABOUT ME
I'm a university student in La Plata, Buenos Aires. There is where I live most of the year, though I travel back to my hometown, Puerto Madryn, every summer where I work in tourism-related activities.
I would definitely tag myself as a curious and adaptable person. I love Modern Languages -I study English, German and Portuguese. I would like to speak as many languages as possible and meet people from all over the world. I always have fun learning random words on phrases in random languages; I just hope my memory was better for that.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet people that can show me amazing, unique, undiscovered places in their own cities and share what I know about the places I've been to.

Is there anything more beautiful than arriving in a new city and exploring it, no maps, no guide, just wondering around? Believe, you'll find amazing places no matter where you go.

Music, Movies, and Books
My music taste is quite open: I love old music, it is older than me, then it probably is a good song. I love listening to rock and pop music (all kinds, no kidding) when I'm going somewhere and have my headphones. When I'm home, I always turn the radio on to listen to music and the news. When it comes to parties and dancing, there is nothing better than Latin music. I am currently obsessed with Brazilian music as well, mainly MPB. My music folder contains absolutely a bit of everything, even some things I am not very proud of saying I love; my "guilty pleasure" playlist is always growing.
I have tried to learn how to play the guitar so many times that I finally decided to give it a rest and just enjoy listening to people who can actually do it.
Children's books and distopic literature -quite oposite genres, I know- are my favourite. I am also a fan of mind-blowing short stories. I will try to read every little piece of paper that comes into my reach and I cannot control myself when it comes to buying books, new or used ones.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Once I got tired of my life, decided to give university a rest for some time, get a job and save money in order to travel around Germany to learn more about the country and the language. One of the best decisions I've made in my life.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach English and Spanish and I would love to practice my German and Portuguese in exchange. I grew up in a touristic area in Patagonia and I'm always willing to help visitors and listen to their stories.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Showing them around La Plata, the city where I moved four years ago and that I'm completely in love with. Parks, shops, bars, cultural events and historical locations. La Plata has it all and I'm willing to share it with its' visitors.
