Hello! I am a civil engineering student from Orlando, Florida. My family is from Guanajuato, Mexico. Currently studying abroad in Santander, Spain. This is my first time traveling to Europe on my own! I have lived all my life in Florida and have traveled a bit around the United States. I have started to travel more in the past two years. Being in Europe for the first time alone I am ready to explore, meet new people and listen to their stories. I am a great listener and enjoy having others as company. I may come off very shy at first but I will definitely warm up. Ready to get out my comfort zone little by little.
I am in love with anything of the arts and nature. Being in Europe I made it a goal to travel everywhere riched in architecture and culture! Everywhere I go I love taking pictures of people and landscapes. So, if you're interested in getting your pictures taken let me know! I am a huge music lover! I specifically have a love for electronic music. I have traveled around to different states for music festivals as well as traveling around Europe to enjoy the scene, where it all began.
I love to hike, kayak, go to concerts, draw, and people-watch in a beautiful scene. Hoping to learn something new every day.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To get to know locals from around the world and be able to engulf into their culture. It exposes you to the true way of life of the locals unlike staying in hotels. Traveling outside the states for the first, I'm interested in learning the lifestyle, culinary, and traditions that I have not been exposed to. I would love to get to know my host and their hometown in their point of view. I am always down to try something new even if it's just food, a sport, or the new bar down the street.
