Music, Movies, and Books

I'm really Brazilian in this aspect! Love Brazilian music, especially samba (I can try and teach how to samba!!) and some popular artists, like: Chico Buarque, Caetano Veloso, Gilberto Gil, Elis Regina, Gal Costa, Marisa Monte, Lenine, Tim. Maia, Seu Jorge and Maria Bethânia. Also enjoy Pearl Jam, Pink Floyd, U2, The Beatles, David Bowie, The Doors, Shakira - I'm very eclectic haha!

Really love some Brazilian authors, such as: Guimarães Rosa, Clarice Lispector, Machado de Assis, Lydia Fagundes Telles and Erico Veríssimo. I would really like some suggestions on your local authors!

My all time favourite film is "Meu nome não é Johnny" (my name is not Johnny).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last year I crossed across the Andes from Chile to Argentinian and I was able to see some of the most amazing and breathtaking sights ever!!

I can TRY to teach you how to samba! We can practice any languages I can speak!! I'd love to get to know local literature and music and show you some from Brazil!
