I am ANA!! I am not much into definitions or labels, I prefer to feel life as an endless possibility to experience and become different versions of myself! Now I am being a teacher in an alternative forest school in the Algarve - Portugal :)

I am a life lover!! I like to connect with people, enjoy time together, learn about differences, respect and empathy.

I am a MOTHER, I have a 17 years old son, amazing guy.... since last year he is living in Brazil, we always find ways to be together but i have to admit that i miss him with my soul, with my womb! To be a mum is a lot about understand unatachment... he, just as me, belong to himself and deserves to experience life with his owm eyes!!

I travel often but I always go back to Brazil. I have a little hut in the paradise of Garopaba, Santa Catarina!

Now I'm living in Portugal, being part of an amazing project in a forest school. I teach tribal technology, ancestral cultures and NLP for children.

I like yoga, nature, music, food and PEOPLE! I used to love parties, as I AM BRAZILIAN, but being honest I am in a very daytime mode!

I believe that we co-create our reality, so I try my best to keep thoughts, feelings, words and actions alligned in high vibration :) ! I like to practice empathy in a daily basis, we all are one!

I think we need to BE THE CHANGE WE WANT TO SEE IN THE WORLD, being active in the process...

I like to dance, to play, to share food (love to cook!!), jam together, to learn something diferent, to do something for the first time, to laugh, to devellop and apply social projects, to talk about life and possibilities, to spend time in nature (we are made by it). I like to fell usefull, be in service to create the reality i believe stead of complanning... :-)

MUSIC is food for my soul! Not much into TV... i do like to watch some documentaries every now and then... books.... I had a lot! Now i'm in a phase that i don't read much anymore. I have so much good information to put into practice. I want to be, to do ... just knowing is not enough for me ... tired of theories, now I want to practice!

- Living in the slum in India was quite challange...
- Living in a tribe, in the midle of the AMAZON jungle.
- A project with vulnerable woman in Peru, 4.000m high....
- Work with addicted people in Bolivia....
- A project with Maori teenagers in vulnerable situations in New Zealand....

Actually life is amazing... we do amazing things every lithe day...
