I really like meeting new people and making friends with people that I wouldn't typically meet on a day-to-day basis. I believe it opens me up to new experiences and new ways of thinking or seeing situations.

To me, there's nothing like meeting a local and getting their perspective on the town I am visiting. I joined couchsurfers to go to events organized on this website to meet people when I travel.

Musica, film e libri

I have varying taste in music, but I will usually listen to the lyrics, or the melody, and decide if I like a song based on that. I listen to anything classical to dubstep, but I have trouble with the heavy metal genre.
I love all kinds of movies. My criteria for movies varies depending on how it makes me feel or think.
I generally prefer books that teach me something to fiction.

I hope it hasn’t happened yet.
I have traveled a lot thanks to a wonderful woman I call “maman”. I pride myself to keep an open mind and stay respectful of the cultures that I am visiting. My interests are varied and have brought me to hike long distances and high peaks, run down steep trails, hold my breath for minutes to swim with the fishes while I’m snorkeling, race down mountain forests on my snowboard, cliff dive because it’s just too tempting, visit countless museums and historical sites to read and ruminate, and meet wonderful people. However, my adventures have only begun and so I certainly hope my most extraordinary adventure has not happened yet.
