CURRENT MISSION
Exploring the world one crazy sick mind at a time!
ABOUT ME
So if this comes out as really awkward and creepy please do not let it be the main judge of my character lol I'm really bad at these things.
So where do we start? I was insanely curious as a child and that trait has never left me and I suppose and when I do get the chance to travel I feel invigorated. There is honestly nothing better than just soaking up all the culture and history each country has to offer.
I've met so many interesting people along the way and have collected too many interesting stories to leave to waste, like the one time I was with a group of international delegates and they all went swimming in the nearby beach and got sting by jellyfish.... but i digress hahaha. Well safe to say I avoided the beach for a while.
Anyways enough random memories! If you feel this is not very helpful i do apologize like i mentioned before I'm terrible at the whole describing my self bit.
PHILOSOPHY
A little bit of kindness seriously goes a long way,if all else fails karma has a way of slapping you in the face with it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
A friend brought me to help her bring around someone who she was hosting and I was hooked afterwards :) The guy was a long time couch surfer and hearing all his stories just blew me away! That is what got me interested. This account just took a while to be made.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm a big book nerd seriously, I can read Kafka one day and then jump to Fitzgerald the next and then read Tolkien and Rowling and Dan Brown. So yes i read a lot...to much maybe?
I'm also a bit of a movie buff and my favorite movie of all time is The Sting, absolutely adore con movies! I'm also a huge fan of Christoper Nolan, Tarantino, Wes Anderson, Woody Allen and Jean Pierre Jeunet's work!
Musically I love everything and anything and yes i agree it's a cliche but i really do! I do have a preference for Indie and Alternative but why would that stop me from enjoying other genres of music right?
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Volunteering in Japan for 3 months will have to top the list! I volunteered in Sendai, Miyagi Pref and visited a lot of the temporary housing areas and saw first hand the destruction of the Tsunami. It was a real eye opener. You learn to always strive to live life to the fullest each day after being confronted with something like that.
Teach, Learn, Share
Hmm... i suppose it helps to see if you have common ground before approaching someone. It helps with the conversation flow.
Listening is also important because if you just sat down and listen you'll be surprised to what you can find to have in common with someone despite coming from the ends of the earth
