I am curious and hope to spend a big part of my life travelling and meeting new people!

Starting in December 2019, I will be travelling in Argentina, Chile and around with my boyfriend Gabriel and his adorable dog Charly. We plan to do some volunteering to learn more about permaculture and sailing. We also hope to meet couchsurfers on the way.

In November 2018, I came back from a year (and some months) of travel, I have been in South-East Asia, New Zealand and Croatia. I did my first real backpacking trip by myself in South America in 2014, that lasted 1,5 year and since then, I keep feeling the call for adventures.

During my travels, I have been volunteer in various places like farms, self-sufficient communities and even a Buddhist temple. I spent 6 months in São Paulo as a volunteer for an educative project encouraging kids to get involve in sustainable development. And today, I keep giving my time next to my job to help some projects I believe in.

CS had been amazing way for me to make friends and discover cities in a non-touristic angle.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I couchsurfed in various places in South America and New Zealand and also participated in CS events abroad and at home. I had the chance to meet amazing people, who made me feel like home and showed me the best side of their cities.
And I am happy to welcome people too when I can and show them around.

Intereses

I am interested in cultural and sustainable initiatives, every ideas that contribute to create a better world. I regularly give some help with communications in projects that I want to support.
I do volunteering when I travel because I want to take part and encourage an alternative society, where people help and trust each other, without money influence. It also make me discover lot of amazing people, their work, their way of life, what are their daily issues, how they have fun.

I think the best thing I did was a road trip from Montreal to Miami, I love waking up in a different place every day.

I can teach french, give some personal travelling tips. As a communication manager, I can also give advises about how to promote a project.
I want to learn everything! Like alternative ways to travel, building and permaculture techniques. I also want to learn how to cook local meals.
