About Me
Hi everyone, I am looking for a cultural experience. I love languages, this is why I want to travel around the world to learn as many languages as possible. I think that living with a native family is the best way to achieve my goal. I am very open minded and ready to learn anything at any time. I love cooking, reading, dancing, practicing yoga, riding a bike, countryside and nature in general. Very sportive, I love running and working out. The main things that bring me happiness is my family, practicing sports, travelling, sharing a good meal, listening to music, learning languages, cooking... and so much more. I like simple things and try to be always grateful.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think that meeting people of the country I am visiting is necessary to have a full cultural experience. Couchsurfing is I think a wonderful way to meet local people easily in order to discover as much as possible the local culture and lifestyle. Above all, if I love to travel alone because I find that it is a really good way to know myself, I also think that a journey needs to be made of meetings and shared moments, and Couchsurfing provides it perfectly.
Music, Movies, and Books
I love English and Italian musics: my favorite singers are Harry Styles, Selena Gomez, Marco Mengoni. Generally I love pop music but also Classic music especially Vivaldi.
My favorite books are the one of the French author Joël Dicker because I love mysteries and enquiries. It is also very well written.
My favorite movies are the Christmas movies (Christmas is my favorite period of year because I love making gifts to my family and to gather with them), Harry Potter (because the fantastic makes me dream) and James Bond (because of the mystery, the action, and Daniel Craig who is a great actor with a lot of charisma). My favorite cartoon is "Luca", a Disney cartoon about Italy because Italy is my favorite country: I love the lifestyle, the landscapes, the food, the language and the people.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I lived with an Italian family for almost 3 months as an "au pair". I fell in love with Italy, its customs, people, landscapes, and above all language. This family is in my heart forever. I feel almost more home with them than in France. This experience helped me discovering that I was passionate about travelling.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you French, English and Italian. I love cooking so I know a lot of French recipes. My speciality is "crêpes" ! I would love to teach you this.
I would like to learn Japanese as I am a beginner and I am studying it. I think that it is by practicing with natives that I will improve a lot.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I do not ask for anything in particular. I think that the host should decide how and what he/she wants to share with me. As I love cooking, we can cook together! I also love boardgames or cards so why not playing together to discover the local games. Honestly, I just want to meet natives, to talk and share, I have no particular demands. I am a simple person who is satisfied by everything.
