About Me
Hello, my fellow wanderer friend. I am a journalist turned filmmaker, also a writer, musician, and traveler. We all have our reasons to love travel. Allow me to get a bit philosophical here. Travel was the first medium that enabled me to get out of my head and get into the moment. A sustained, rapturous, multi-sensory antidote to the everyday chatter of thoughts, doubts, worries, and what not. A deep dive into the blue sea. Immerse. Don’t think. Feel. Out of the shell and into the unknown.
Travelling has changed me for the better as nothing else could. A greatest hits album of moments and experiences created in a new land, under a new sky, shaping a new, evolving mind. I feel travel encompasses everything that life aspires to be. Travel embraces life and life never remains the same.
In this life, of late, I have been on a journey of awakening; inner more than outer. How does traveling the world (outer) feel when one has painstakingly, over the years, made peace with the self (inner)? When experiencing the joy of the journey is the entire purpose. When the destination is only a bonus. I’m in love with this process of self-discovery through the illuminating prism of travel. I’m in love with the experience of just being, from this moment to the next and so on. This moment is wonderful. As is the next. And so on. And I’m happy to meet you, whichever moment brings this crossing of our paths for the good. It’s all good.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Too many to share... Here are some:
An evening-night walk through the jagged cliffs of Cinque Terre.
Staying with an indigenous tribe in the mountains of Northwest Vietnam with near-zero communication.
Floating about in the glass-clear Mediterranean on the sunken island, Southern tip of Turkey.
Watching the morning sunlight stretch across the entire city of Rome.
