About Me

Brazilian, born in Minas Gerais, started traveling in 2010 & became addicted to it since then. Really easy going, hard working and I love to challenge myself to change or try new things!
I work with human resources for about 8 years now & had the opportunity to experience my profession in other countries as well. Lived in Colombia, USA and now in Chile! I think I have a little bit of everything I saw and everyone I met in me. I feel like Im often changing, adapting and learning from other people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I know how amazing it is to be able to travel somewhere and know a city or a place through the eyes of somebody who lives there.
You experience things that an usual traveler will never notice and really feel the places you visit.
Also, we can do the same thing for someone and promote something that I truly believe: traveling changes you percepcion of the world an other people, makes you better and I think through CS people can have the same opportunity of living this and its something that everybody should try!

Interests

I love backpacking, cooking and to try different foods! Museums, learn about history and other cultures. I like reading, movies & TV shows and a good beer of wine (and sometimes dont really care if it is good or not, as long I have good people to share with). I really enjoy meeting new people, learning other languages and new things!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think the most amazing thing I've done is allowing myself to be what I really wanna be and doing what I really enjoy. I left Brazil, my family , friends, stable career and decided not to go "the easy way". Living in the same place wasn't enough for me, so I decided to take exchange programs in different countries and see how that change what I knew about my field of work and of course about myself. It has been challenging & it feels amazing!

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Aruba, Bolivia, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Curaçao, France, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Spain, United Kingdom
