ABOUT ME

I'm Ugur from Turkey. I'm a science teacher and working in a primary school. I'm also studying (master education). I'm living Samsun, Turkey.

My CS story started with my Erasmus experience. I was in Slovenia in 2011 for one year when I was studying my master (I'm still studying and still not do my thesis, I'm a little bit lazy :)) I had many trips on Europe. I used CS after Erasmus and host many people in my home. I really like to discover new places, making new friends and gettin to know different cultures.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm Chapulju =)) (Turkish: çapuling) is a neologism originating in the 2013 protests in Turkey, coined from Prime Minister Erdoğan's use of the term çapulcu (roughly translated to "looters") to describe the protestors. Pronounced "cha-pul-ju" in Turkish, çapulcu was rapidly reappropriated by the protestors, both in its original form and as the anglicized chapuller and additionally verbified chapulling, given the meaning of "fighting for your rights". Chapulling has been used in Turkish both in its English form and in the hybrid word form çapuling.
