Overview
About Me
Hey! My name is Anar, I’m 27 and originally from Azerbaijan. I work in sales management, but outside of work I’m all about traveling, meeting new people, and collecting stories instead of things. ✈️🌍
I’ve already visited around 20 countries and I’m not planning to stop — for me, traveling is the best way to learn about life, culture, and myself. Soon I’ll be moving to Germany with a new adventure ahead, so I’m excited to meet locals and travelers who can share their experiences.
I love filming vlogs, trying new foods (especially street food and local specialties 🍜🥢), and just exploring random streets where the best stories usually happen. In daily life, I’m a mix of entrepreneur and dreamer: I like building projects, but I also believe that life is about fun, laughter, and good company.
People usually describe me as easy-going, energetic, and always curious. If we meet, expect long talks about travel, culture, food, or even crazy business ideas. I’m happy to learn from others, share my own stories, or just enjoy a spontaneous adventure together.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
For me, traveling is about people, not places. Couchsurfing lets me meet locals, share stories, and see the world through someone else’s eyes. Every person I meet can teach me something new — a recipe, a life hack, or a fresh perspective.
And let’s be honest: the best travel stories always start with strangers who later become friends.

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to all kinds of music depending on the mood: from energetic rap and electronic beats for work and workouts, to indie rock and chill acoustic when I travel or relax
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share tips on entrepreneurship, and social media, as well as filmmaking, vlogging, and phone videography. I’m eager to learn languages (especially German) and explore cultures through food, music, and stories. Most of all, I love good conversations, laughter, and positive vibes.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I’m always happy to give something back to my hosts. I can teach some basics of videography and filming, help around the house, cook or assist with meals, and also contribute with groceries.
