About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To wander. To live. To love. To Learn.
ABOUT ME
i'm a minimalist. my religion is kindness. i believe in humility, though i am rarely humble. i only speak one language. i'm not very tall. i have to hem all of my pants. i don't read nearly enough. life is simple, yet i'm easily confused by it. i'm a practicing vegan, the alternatives just weren’t working out. i love public speaking. terse sentences become me. i have an uproarious laugh. i like neck kisses. if you see me and i'm not smiling, please remind me to. ok, that's enough.
PHILOSOPHY
I have chosen this life. This wandering. This rambling about. Simple. Actual. I have chosen to accept the wisdom of the raw earth (for nature continues to prove her genius). I have chosen to walk barefoot among my own gods, to let my soul dance across the surface of the sun; to blaze, resplendent even as I stalk city streets in search of discarded food. I have chosen to love outside prescribed moral strictures, to love at will, to love at will. I have chosen, in this moment, to be present, to listen, to learn, to grow, to be.
Here is life. Here is life. Here is life.
always before me, patiently awaiting my warm embrace.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I lived and worked in a rural village in Southern Tanzania in 2007; I was teaching HIV/AIDs education; I've never been more inspired.
Teach, Learn, Share
I would like to learn: Bicycle repair; tree pruning/tree surgery; to crew tall ships and sail around the world. I'm willing to do all of this on a free, volunteer/exchange basis, anywhere. Let me know.
