About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Getting through college & traveling as much as possible!
ABOUT ME
I am an international studies and Peace, Justice, and Conflict Resolution double major at a university in Chicago! I love traveling and immersing myself completely in the culture wherever I go. I think that being comfortable outside your comfort zone is one of the most important things one must learn to do in life. I live to explore.
ROTEX
PHILOSOPHY
Travel, eat, never say no to new experiences, and always bring back cool momentos from street vendors.
Fall in love with people, places, and ideas everyday.
Also, everyone must experience Carnival in Brasil before they die.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have hosted couch surfers and have used the site to meet people when abroad, but I have yet to surf!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've hosted couchsurfers and absolutely loved it. Such a blast.
Interests
I like to study languages, play the ukulele and banjo, eat really good food, cook, and read in my free time! But who has free time in college, right?! So for now I work a bunch of jobs and am buried in schoolwork. Quite fun.

Visiting Chapada Diamantina in Lençois, Bahia, Brasil.
Teach, Learn, Share
I like talking about peaceful nonviolent movements and the roles language and culture play in international conflicts. I also love learning about holistic healing and alternative medicine. However, I'm really excited to learn about anything, really!
